This class is for anyone who wants to know the essentials of creating picture books and story illustration. Learn about layout, sequence, continuity, character development, making a dummy book and creating color samples of finished art. Review resources for authors and illustrators. Hone visual problem solving skills. Find out what is unique to yourself and how to best develop it. Learn about copyrights and basic business considerations associated with working as a professional illustrator. Teens 14+ are also welcome to register.
