Teen Printmaking Workshop

Get out of school and into the art studio! In this class, students will learn the basics of relief printmaking. Throughout the day students will learn how to plan their composition and carve their vision into foam blocks to print a relief piece. Students will look at Picasso, Hans Holbein, Hokusai, Tom Huck and other artists for inspiration. By the end of the class students will have a good understanding of how printmaking works as well as a multi-copy edition of their work.
