Learn all you have ever wanted to know about mosaics. This class is meant for both beginners and experienced students. All materials and tools are provided to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece made of glass you have nipped yourself. We learn how to design, choose color, form the lines and shape the end in a fantastic piece of art. Beginners work on a project that will be on a shape of your choosing (shrine, heart, crown is my favorite). By class-end you will be confident in all the skills needed to create art in this medium. Returning students will work on their own custom personal project, and are welcome to personally consult Katherine with their ideas and design (email the Program Manager for Katherine’s contact details). A wonderful class for both beginners and experts to explore the mosaic medium!
