Monotype Printmaking Workshop

$100 + $20 materials fee.
Explore the endless possibilities of the monotype. This simple printmaking process is spontaneous and direct. Using water based inks and a small portable printing press we will explore many possibilities for ink application and process, color mixing, rainbow rolls, chine colle, multiple drops and much more. Students can produce lots of prints in a full day workshop. The inexperienced or first time printmaker will enjoy discovering and developing the many possibilities of the monotype. Remember to bring your lunch for this full day workshop, or visit one of our local restaurants if you like!
