Making Murals Together: Abstract Art for Families
Saturday, September 19
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
With Ali Mitchell
$30 per child/adult pair + $10 materials fee.
Come paint and create collaboratively with Ali! Each family will receive one 22” x 30” canvas to work on to paint an abstract mural! Students will be inspired by famous abstract expressionist artists such as Pollack, De Kooning, and Kandinsky as kids and adults alike have fun painting and creating vibrant, colorful, abstract shapes on the canvas. Optional: bring paper prints of family photos or other collage materials to include in your mural! You will cherish this experience and the collaborative mural for years to come!
