In this class, students will be introduced to the basics of digital photography and quickly brought up to speed on the proper operations and functions of their digital cameras and equipment. Students will also briefly review some styles and types of photography that will help inspire students to capture dynamic and professional looking images. This part of the course will be taught during the first class meeting. During the next three weeks. students will review introductory techniques for editing their digital images at the Park City Library.  Stefan will introduce free online resources that students can use to edit their images, and learn about websites that offer free online storage so students can share and store their images. Students will also have the opportunity to upload their images to a blog or an online portfolio so that the students can access their final photos, and add to them even after the class is over.
