Intermediate/Advanced Drawing for Teens

$200 + $10 materials fee.
Students will learn how to make dynamic compositions focusing on advanced techniques such as elements of composition, line quality, value, and a visual path. Students will use combined mediums such as graphite, charcoal, pastel, ink, and various types of paper to create representational and non-representational images while creating illusion of space and distance. The students will learn how to draw realistic and surrealistic images. They will also learn to combine other types of media to make visually stunning compositions. This class will help students push past the traditional ideas of drawing.
