This ongoing class (session II starts July 21) will be a combination of studio and field work , for the beginner as well as the seasoned student. This class will include live art presentations, demos and slide shows. In addition to one on one instruction students will practice drawing and painting from life and reference material. The basic palette will be explained, as well as various types of light and shadow, and a brief discussion of color theory. Tools and materials will also be discussed to give students an idea of what materials Michael uses and why. With the great summer weather that the Park City area enjoys, Michael looks forward to working with anyone interested in this fun and exciting class.  To dive deeper, feel free to sign up for session II in late July!
