Creative Printmaking on Fabric

$100 + $25 materials fee
During this one day workshop, students will learn how to make fun, unique patterns on cotton scarves using everyday objects. We will learn a bit about natural dyes and how to create your own dyebath easily at home. Then, we will stretch our minds to the possibility of patterns! Feathers, yarn, cups, and plants are only some of the unexpected items we will use to create these patterns. Students will leave with some beautiful fabric and a newfound appreciation for kitchen utensils.
