Clay Vessels: Learning & Exploring New Techniques

$100 + $10 clay and firing fee.
Spend your Saturday in the ceramics studio with Juanita. She will lead students through the skillful techniques needed to make complex forms and vessels such as hand built teapots, jars, urns, etc. Learn how to hand build complex bases, and wheel throw details such as spouts and lids. This class is meant for students who have wheel throwing experience and who are looking to advance their pottery skills. Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready for pick up 10-12 days after class has ended.
