Animal Paintings for Teens

$75 + $20 materials fee.
Refine your drawing and painting skills with Annette whose class will teach you how sketch and paint your favorite animal. Bring a photo of any creature you love and learn how to construct a painting of it by using some of the fundamental elements of art and principles of design. We will study the major shapes and forms of your animal in order to make accurate sketches. Then after investigating the color and lighting within your photo, we will begin to paint your animal. This class will help you learn how to analyze the basic visual characteristics of animals and how to depict them through the painting process.
