If you have dabbled in painting before, and you want to get back into it, this class is a great jump-start to help get you into the swing of painting. Joy will choose an image for the class to paint, and then demonstrate the painting from start to finish. Students will paint along with her, following her step-by-step demonstrations. She will show you exactly how to create every part of a realistic painting, revealing all of her best painting secrets. And if you have ever felt intimidated about color mixing, Joy has created a series of helpful color matching charts for each painting to help guide you during class. Subjects will range from colorful landscapes to some of the most dramatic wildlife studies. By the end of the course students will leave with some fantastic new paintings, and a collection of fun painting tricks.
