Have you ever wanted to know how an action figure is made? Are you having a hard time finding your favorite character as a toy, or have you ever imagined a superhero that you would love to see made as an action figure? This class will teach you how. We will cover the basics techniques that masters use when creating new, unique action figures.  We will also look at some of the history and evolution of different action figures. Students will explore miniature sculpting techniques (1/12th scale)! Learn how to create your own unique character from an existing action figure, or customize an existing figure to make your favorite superhero! We will use 2-part epoxy, model acrylic paint, and a lot of creativity to make unique customs. Bring your broken, bent, scratched, or damaged action figures! We can fix them, or use them to create new characters!
