Have fun with Joe as students learn about puppetry as they create their own puppet.  This puppet comes in a kit, so all of the materials and supplies are provided!  Kids will create a professional mouth controller, and learn how to sew the famous “Jim Hansen” stitch, as well as a quilting stich.  Kids create and build their own puppet eyes.  This puppet will have arms with a puppet rod to move the arms.  After the puppet is complete, Joe will teach the kids about professional puppet movements and mouth control!  Joe Flores is an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, and Artist.  He is currently the president of The Puppetry Art Guild of Utah, and has been for 9 years.  He also works for the company Robotronics designing animated robot prototypes, costumes, and puppets.  Learn everything you need to know about puppets with Joe in this unique class!
